Fabricated Leisure Solutions

Originally developed to deliver new UK schools more quickly and at a fixed price, Sunesis Leisure has now been launched a range of cost-effective swimming solutions aimed at the school and local authority markets. Each Sunesis Leisure design features a swimming pool and learner pool of either four or six lane widths, housed in a prefabricated building. The Sunesis designs start from a base price of £3.17 million that involves a 16 week preconstruction and 36 week construction timeline. A range of colours and finishes, as well as optional extras are available. These include wet and dry changing accommodation; a reception area; viewing and refreshment space; health and fitness suite; racket sports hall; aerobics studio; and spa, sauna and therapy options. Launched in association with Willmott Dixon, the UK’s second largest private construction company, Sunesis offers public sector clients a quick procurement route and a choice of tried and tested, ready-made building solutions, saving up to 25 per cent in design costs.
