Leisure management charity Fusion Lifestyle is developing its workforce with the launch of new leadership and management programme.
Ten successful applicants from across Fusion have joined the programme, which will include training on a variety of topics including efficiency and effectiveness, finance and budgeting, marketing and management.
The twelve month Institute of Leadership and Management accredited course will arm participants with the skills and knowledge to become leisure centre general managers within Fusion Lifestyle.
Kevin Frisby, leadership and management development programme manager at Fusion Lifestyle commented: “The course is the first of many development programmes that we will be launching and is an indication of our commitment to staff training and retention.
