Marketed as a masterpiece in modern luxury living, Aqua Platinum were appointed as the main designers and contractors for this prestige location of London’s Regent’s Crescent.
The property’s spa and pool facilities boast an array of cool indoor lighting and plush furniture. Situated in the lively centre of London the Grade I listed building, was originally designed by John Nash in the early 1800s.
The original facade was demolished and replaced with new brickwork and stucco that accurately represents Nash’s design, whilst also restoring the character of the historic structure.
Four prestige residential apartments were incorporated into the original infrastructure – the building will pose home to high-profile individuals and offer a luxurious leisure complex, complete with an indoor swimming pool, bespoke steam room and sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience.
The pool hall includes a 20-metre, freeboard, deck-level basement swimming pool, that boasts the ultimate in swimming pool luxury, the sunken spa includes 12 powerful air/water massage jets.
The pool hall also includes a traditional sauna a bespoke steam room, and a separate female steam room, to fit the initial designer’s artistic mind-set and to fall peacefully in sync with the listed buildings architecture. Large format tiles flow through the spa area to the pool floor, posing a chic finish to the entirety of the open space, perfect for top drawer clients to unwind.
