THERE WAS A PARTY atmosphere as AWG celebrated two decades in business.

The Aqua Warehouse Group marked its 20th business anniversary in September with the unveiling of a new swim spa showroom. The Essex team welcomed Chelmsford Mayor Cllr Linda Mascot to cut a ceremonial tape as she declared the new show area open at a special party celebration for staff, customers and suppliers who gathered at the AWG Chelmsford base.

“I am delighted to be here as Mayor of Chelmsford among a community of people who clearly love working here and what they do,” Cllr Mascot said and revealed: “I have been an Aqua Warehouse customer for nearly 13 years because of the selection of products they sell but mainly because of their customer service which is second to none.”

Both the original and the swim spa showroom transformations were project managed by Aqua Warehouse’s Martin Rigby working in close partnership with AWG technical wizard, Ash Chittock. “I am very, very fortunate to have such a good bunch of people working with me who are more than staff; they are friends,” Richard Hart, AWG Managing Director said.

“Choosing our suppliers and their product range carefully, has helped us concentrate on our customers and deliver a level of service we are very proud of,” he added. The extension of their existing award-winning showroom, the new swim spa display area takes the total display space to a whopping 7,000 sq. ft. of luxury retail space.

What once was an old storage facility has now been transformed into a grand, spacious unit, complete with new lighting, a suspended ceiling, and a sleek resin-bonded floor. Finished in modern simple colours the showroom has stand-out illuminated signage throughout.

The launch of the new swim spa showroom, featuring USSPA, is a significant development for Aqua Warehouse and a great opportunity for customers to discover and experience the benefits of swim spas first hand. As the UK’s inaugural USSPA showroom, it has two swim spas and a spa, cleverly built into a dedicated raised platform area.

“Visiting the new swim spa showroom will give customers the opportunity to explore different models, test the features, and understand the benefits of owning a swim spa,” said AWG’s Martin Rigby. “Notably, two of the models come equipped with the fully integrated ACS cover system, a feature unique to USSPA.”

The showroom also has three additional swim spas from Reef Spas, all available for wet-testing. Martin added: “This extra space also provides a showcase for the Vibes range of spas complete with its own ‘dark room’ to highlight the stunning design and features.”
