The newly 
established Hydropool Cheltenham opted for a soft launch in April. Based in the beautiful spa town, the company’s heritage provided them with a head start in the industry. The initial interest in hot tubs generated at one of their first public appearances led to the recent installation of a stunning project in Badgeworth, Gloucestershire.
The custom created from the display in Sudeley Castle led to footfall and the brief of a luxury hot tub providing hydrotherapy benefits. Says Alison Carter of Hydropool Cheltenham: “They wanted a large enough hot tub to accommodate their friends and family for entertainment. They also wanted quite a fast turnaround to ensure their new hot tub was in place and ready to use in advance of a party they had scheduled a few months ahead.”
Having seen and loved the Hydropool 670 self-cleaning model at the fair and in the showroom the clients only needed to decide which colour scheme would best suit their garden. Ultimately choosing the Storm Cloud and Driftwood combination as it fitted with the palette of their house and garden.
SEATING OPTIONS
Alison explains: “Our customers loved the layout of the 670-model as it gives them a real variety of seating options – including a full, no-float lounger, a second lounger option from a clever ‘swivel seat’ and lovely large footwell for when the other four seats are occupied with family and friends.”
“It has been lovely to hear from our customers how much the addition of their hot tub has added to their enjoyment of their already beautiful garden space. They have beautiful views across the Gloucestershire countryside and their hot tub is encouraging them to be outside much more than before, enjoying their glorious environment.”
The installation went extremely smoothly – a promising start for a group fairly new to the industry and – with Hydropool’s European HQ in neighbouring county Oxfordshire, Hydropool Cheltenham are not short of support.
“As ever, the efficiency of our new Hydropool European HQ in Oxford helped with the smooth installation. We are so lucky to be so close to them that we can collect, deliver and install a new hot tub for a customer in less than a day,” comments Alison.
