Sunbeach Spas has strengthened its UK market position with the confirmation of SpaCare UK as a designated distribution centre; recruiting and supporting retailers, covering the north of the UK and Wales. A third distribution centre, further south, is set to be announced imminently.
Based in Scunthorpe, SpaCare UK, lead by Craig and Laura Wright, will stock the complete range of Sunbeach Spas including the top-selling Oasis Spas. The extensive range of Sunbeach accessories are also available through them, keeping prices the same as they would be from the main Sunbeach Mansfield depot.
“In many ways, it’s an extension of our main warehouse facility, enabling us to keep more spas in stock here in the UK,” explains Wayne Green of Sunbeach Spas. “Like ourselves, SpaCare UK also offers collection, direct-to-store and direct-to-customer delivery options for dealerships in their area.
“The immediate benefit this brings to our dealerships is that there’s twice as much stock available, twice as many delivery slots due to having two teams, and localised support saving valuable time.” The Sunbeach Spas and SpaCare UK partnership began when Craig Wright picked up a Sunbeach Spa as a second-hand investment to install in his own garden.
Wayne shares: “Impressed by the quality and seeing the potential available, he tracked us down and one evening got in touch – he’d already developed a passion for the industry he was about to get into, and from that conversation, I could tell we had much in common, so we were delighted when he agreed to come aboard with the Sunbeach brand.
SpaCare UK bring a market-leading ‘Web APP’ to the Sunbeach table that is custom-built from the ground up. An all-in-one customer management system, the APP has been specifically to cater to the needs of hot tub industry and is exclusively available to Sunbeach Spas and Oasis dealerships.
“We believe this will be a seismic shift in the way dealers buy spas, process their orders and deal with their customers for the whole lifetime of the spa because everything can be controlled from this one APP,” declares Wayne. “Just the order tracking functions alone should seriously limit the number of complaints and callbacks from customers wanting to know where their spa is – all the information is right there in the APP.”

Dealers can use the Web APP to see available and arriving stock, and place orders against live stock levels; for pre-orders of stock coming directly from the manufacturer, they can check its progress from factory to the UK, and get regular updates on availability dates as that journey progresses.
Incoming and outgoing deliveries can be planned and organised through the web APP, and installation engineers can access all the information they need for installations on-site.
There’s even a full dashboard system with reports, graphs and other data visualisations to help the dealer keep an eye on what’s driving their sales forwards.
Retail customers can be informed of proposed delivery dates by text message and can accept or reject them by text, automatically updating the system. Once deliveries are underway, customers can track the driver across the UK, with live updated delivery times. They’ll even be able to use the same app to buy accessories, tailored to their particular spa, and even arrange services.
Strengthened by the SpaCare UK technology, new start-ups can have access to a complete business support system with an of the shelf website, search engine optimisation, social media management all support by Google Ad campaigns.
Not resting on any laurels, the SpaCare UK website will soon have a ‘Spa Picker’ – a simple questionnaire designed to help a potential customer find the right spa to suit their needs. Once the system has selected the best-fit spas, the customer will be able to link directly to the website of their local dealership, providing dealers with sales opportunities even where a customer didn’t find them directly.
