Set in an horticultural themed display of a traditional English country garden, the Jacuzzi UK team set about showing visitors to this year’s Hampton Court Flower Show how hot tubs and spas can compliment outdoor design and a healthy lifestyle. The prominent Jacuzzi display proved such a draw that even top name celebrities like Rob Brydon, the Welsh actor and comedian, could not resist finding out more.
Jacuzzi UK put eight hot tubs on display, four of which were working wet models, covering all spectrums from entry level to top of the range. Several of the hot tubs were shown in garden or roof terrace settings with complimentary planting and design by high-profile gardener David Domoney, as part of his Hampton Grapevine marquee. As well as the products and accessories on view, Jacuzzi UK informed and educated visitors on how hot tubs can transform not only a garden, but also a whole lifestyle.
Natasha McCreesh, marketing manager for Jacuzzi UK Hot Tub Division told Pool & Spa Scene editor, Christina Connor at the show: “Visitors to Hampton Court are typically more interested in the plants and accessories for the garden so we set out to show how a Jacuzzi® hot tub can be subtly integrated; nestling into the garden – rather than just dominating the patio. The spacious display included video promotions, prominent chemicals and accessories and promotions including prize drawers and a television with every hot tub sold. “We want people to see the difference with trying the patented Power Pro jets on superior Jacuzzi models with a display that encompasses every combination of interiors and exteriors so that people could see a multitude of colour options.”
The show coincided with the official launch of City™ Spa, a compact size suitable for small gardens or terraces. Jacuzzi believes it offers the perfect combination of health, design, performance and pleasure delivered in a package that makes no compromise on experience but fully considers the compromise on space that city living requires.
The City spa was promoted in conjunction with a sauna and steam combination that offers the complete home wellness experience.
