From humble beginnings as a small family business importing hot tubs 12 years ago, the UK-based Artesian Spas team now supports a network in excess of 100 dealers throughout Western Europe. The majority of Artesian dealers are spread across the UK, Belgium and Sweden but recently the group expanded further into France and also Norway.
Manufacturing from a state of the art production base near Las Vegas, Artesian Spas been producing high end hot tubs for have almost 40 years, growing organically into to one of the most respected brands in the world, renowned for both quality and innovation. “Every part of the chain from the factory in the USA to our dealers is so important in providing a great service to the end customer,” says Vicky Wrigglesworth, managing director of the UK team that works from its headquarters in Doncaster. “These relationships that have helped us to grow to the company we are today,” comments Vicky. “The most important way in which we support our dealers is to provide great service,” emphasises Vicky. “We make sure we keep a large stock of parts, so that warranty and servicing work can be carried out promptly and our sales, technical and accounts teams are on hand seven days a week to assist our dealers where needed.”
