Jacuzzi has confirmed it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire LMI FLA Holdings, Inc. and Leisure Manufacturing a leader in the affordable hot tub market in North America through their Dream Maker and Sunrise Spas brands. The acquisition will allow Jacuzzi Brands to provide a complete range of price points in its hot tub offering. With Jacuzzi Brands’ products, the company says, retailers will now be able to meet the needs of every person who walks into their showroom with the entry-level spas of Dream Maker and Sunrise added to their existing offering of JacuzziTM, SundanceTM, Hydropool Dimension One and Thermospas.
Dream Maker Spas are marketed as the simple, affordable, durable way to enjoy a tranquil spa getaway steps from your home.
