Having enjoyed an uplift in sales in 2014 and with the addition of a new UK dealer this year, the Cal Spas brand looks set to soar as it pushes forward in the international hot tub market.
From its headquarters in Pomona, California, the Cal Spas extensive dealer network extends throughout the United States and Canada, as well as the UK.
Peterborough-based Posh Spas Leisure was recently appointed as Cal Spas distributor for the UK and Northern Ireland and they will promote their new role with the help of an endorsement deal with Olympic gymnast and star of Strictly Come Dancing, Louis Smith MBE. The Posh team will be working with Cal Spas and Louis to introduce a special signature series of hot tubs that reflect Louis’s character and represent a premium line of spas and swim spas with an emphasis on wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
“Our long term goal is to provide our dealers with products that can capture market share within their territory, and to provide the customer with a product they will be content with,” says Rob Santos, Cal Spas product development manager.
“We feel that everyone plays an integral role within the company to ensure the continued success and longevity of Cal Spas. In fact many of the staff members have been with us for 20 years or more.”
Rob continues: “Each of our dealers is offered a customised business plan and is equipped with marketing materials to help with the sell through of the product. Dealers are contacted with weekly leads through a lead generator to help increase sales and generate more revenue and promotions are scheduled year-round to attract more customers as well.”
