SUPERIOR GATHERS SPA PARTNERS

SUPERIOR WELLNESS partners heard several product demonstrations including the new Hydralyft.

Superior Wellness welcomed its partner network to the Annual Partner Conference and Awards at its Chesterfield HQ recently. Prior to the Conference, a number of partners also attended a training day which consisted of three different sessions. Sales and Marketing training was delivered by Sarah Elphick, Head of Marketing and Graham Message, Business Development Manager.

Nic Walker and Terry Edwards from the Technical team led acrylic repair training and general technical training. For the main event, partners were greeted by Rob Carlin, Managing Director, as dealers took the opportunity to view new products and see demonstrations on a variety of products from the brand-new Hekla Sauna, Chill Tub, Aquark Heat Pumps and the Hydralyft. Those who had not been to the HQ before were then invited on a tour of the facilities.

This included a tour of the office space, on-site gym, warehouse and new marketing studio. The marketing studio opened last year and is being utilised by the marketing team to improve digital content and product photography. In the afternoon, Gareth Ward, Sales Director presented to the network and talked about the achievements and challenges of the last 12 months as well talking about future plans.

For the remainder of the afternoon, attendees enjoyed undertaking a Crystal Maze Challenge and a chance to test communication skills, working together as a team and for people to work alongside others that they haven’t met before. Superior Wellness then hosted a formal awards ceremony in the Barcelona suite, of the Casa Hotel, Chesterfield.

There were 19 awards in total ranging from highest performing partner per hot tub brand, Showroom of the Year, to the prestigious partner of excellence award. Graham Message, Business Development Manager, said: “The annual conference is always a huge success and provides the opportunity to gain constructive feedback and prioritise for the future.

We have a fantastic relationship with our partners and value their feedback. “Meetings such as this allow us to continuously improve and adapt our resources to meet the needs of our partners and their customers. “It was also a great chance to socialise with our partners and have some fun. We would like to thank our partners for their continued support for the last 12 months and we are looking forward to the year ahead.”
