The 1 Stop Spas team managed the entire project from beginning to end, including the design, supply and installation. The client wanted a swim spa that would be in-keeping with the design of the house and that would fit in well with the existing garden. The client also required a canopy for the spa that would enable them to use it in all weather.

1 Stop Spas specified a Vita Spa XB4 14ft benched swim spa to meet the client’s health and aquatic exercise requirements. The swim spa was sunken in to the ground and the existing patio area was extended to incorporate a composite decked area around the access pit of the spa. Finally, the spa was topped off with a Covana Legend automated cover and enclosure. “One of the main challenges that we experienced with this project was the high water table in the area,” explains 1 Stop Spas Managing Director Chris Brady. “To overcome the issue, we needed to dig down over a metre to bring the swim spa level.“

We specified the Vita Spa XB4 for its energy efficiency, adequate power for exercise and a galvanised steel frame which was ideal for sinking it into the pit.” Chris adds: “The client was adamant that the spa should match the colour and design of the house and garden as much as possible. The installation was sunken to make the swim spa look as discrete as possible and was finished in a natural brown colour to match the house and complement the garden.”
