As one of Villeroy & Boch’s premier hot tub dealerships, Waterstream is enjoying continued success with its line of luxury spas. After more than six years in partnership, Watersteam was one of Villeroy & Boch’s first dealers in the UK and now has a number of models on display in its showroom in Handcross, West Sussex, including the new Just Silence black and white edition and the R6L.
The company even won a Gold award at last year’s UK Pool & Spa Awards for a Villeroy & Boch installation at a penthouse apartment in Central London. “We took the decision to partner with Villeroy & Boch as we felt it was a highly recognised brand by the general public and because it fitted with the right demographic for us,” explains Managing Director Alex Kemsley.
“The brand adds German prestige to the business and also fits perfectly with Compass Pools; in fact when we are building a pool they get offered a hire Villeroy & Boch hot tub to use whilst we are building and 50% of the time we get a sale out of it.” The Waterstream team has recently benefitted from valuable product training by Villeroy & Boch’s new Wellness at home Sales manager for the UK & Nordic region, Dominic Moseley.
Alex adds: “Dominic was very good and spent a day with our sales team to bring them up to speed. With a new UK rep, the future is looking good and we hope to continue to help build the brand in the UK.”
