MySpa opens second showroom…
As events are generally suspended due to the pandemic, MySpa weren’t able to have the fanfare opening event its new Macclesfield showroom deserved. Instead, the team are hoping to host a later event, probably to celebrate the showroom’s one year anniversary next September. “If restrictions relax in the New Year, we may have an option perhaps to hold an appointment or invite-only sales-based event,” muses MySpa’s Andy Wroot. “It is a case of watch this space!”
With their well-established Leicester showroom full to capacity, Andy explained the reasoning behind the retailing expansion. “MySpa Cheshire helps us tap into a new market, not just for hot tub sales but for servicing and repair,” he explains. “It also purely showcases our new range of hot tubs which is an important step as we continue to build the MySpa brand and expand across the country.”
Within the showroom, there are six key models of hot tub on display as well as branded chemicals, filters and hot tub accessories. In terms of hot tubs MySpa have taken their Wellness Collection of spas to Macclesfield, displaying six key models in a variety of sizes and layouts that vary from compact ‘plug and play’ systems to large three pump models that cater for six to seven adults. The showroom is open six days a week from 10:30 – 5:00 by appointment and has taken a prominent position on the Old Mill Lane in the centre of Macclesfield.
Andy continues: “The new MySpa Cheshire showroom is located on a main road location, so we have stuck to simple, eye-catching signage along the front of the unit, proudly displaying the branding of our new MySpa Wellness Collection of hot tubs. “We’ve invested in large format acrylic signage to display key features as well as the rest of the range that aren’t currently on display,” he reveals. “We’ve dressed each spa with additional accessories such as towel rails, cover lifters, matching steps, plants, chemicals and glasses so customers can visualise how a hot tub could look in their chosen space,” Andy adds.

“We’re working on an appointment basis at the moment so each member of the sales team might see two to four sets of customers a day,” he says. “We’re generally encouraging current customers to utilise our new e-commerce website for replacement parts and chemicals or organising click and collect pick up to reduce total footfall.
