With more than 5,000 already created in Germany, natural swimming ponds are one of the main themes of the Aquanale international trade fair in Cologne from October 22 to 25.
The ‘Greenliving’ theme park, a water and wellness garden in the trade fair halls, will feature products and services for everything involved with natural pools, swimming ponds, biological water treatment, garden design and outdoor living.
The display will be harmoniously integrated into an attractive garden setting and will feature three components: natural pools, whirlpools and outdoor saunas, demonstrating how to bring a naturally-treated water feature into perfect accord with its surroundings.
Interested visitors will find a wealth of ideas for the design of their own water features, ranging from swimming ponds in private gardens to water gardens for hotels and wellness facilities as well as natural swimming ponds that are open to the public.
