AstralPool UK Makes Time For Change

AstralPool UK hosted its first seminar for several years with a Time For Change business development day held at Stratford upon Avon in December.

to best suit our customers,” said Dyfed.
“This seminar is the first of what we see as a regular event; providing a small snapshot of what we have done in terms of change,” he added. “It is not an overnight fix as it is very much a work in progress; but be assured, we are listening and we strongly believe we are on a pathway to success for both AstralPool UK and our customers.”
Dyfed confirmed the launch of the new look AstralPool UK website and the appointment of more staff; not just in the field but also in the warehouse as well as a review of purchasing processes.
Other recent changes include:
• Increased investment in stock level
• Improved access to spares and parts
• Strengthening product portfolio particularly on residential side of the market
• Reduced order to delivery times
