Tanby invests in exclusive stainless steel pool options…
The multi award-winning Tanby Swimming Pool team have put their special mark on their own bespoke packaged stainless-steel pool offering. Working with a supplier with 20 years of experience in building stainless steel pools, the team’s expertise has enabled them to create their own unique design with total control throughout the entire process, from initial design through to installation, guaranteeing unrivalled quality.
The Tanby package is sold with all-inclusive options including an automatic swimming pool cleaner. “Stainless-steel pools are never going to be a budget pool option,” explains Tanby’s Delyse Borley. “But for some clients, particularly where site access is tight, it is the ideal solution with a top specification design.” The smooth finish, to prevent algae and dirt from adhering to the surface of the stainless steel pool shell, is attractive to customers. “The reflections of the sunlight on the stainless steel make the water sparkle,” Delyse adds. “The water colour changes beautifully depending on the weather or lighting.”
Tanby Pools offers a range of swimming pool options across its home county of Surrey but also throughout Kent, Sussex and South-East London. The team will suggest design and installation choices to suit customers’ requirements and budget. Tanby promote stainless-steel as a viable option to its home pool customer because it is environmentally friendly and very durable as well as a faster installation time. Heating costs are minimised by the pool shell insulation and a UV lamp with a digital meter is installed as standard.
Delyse again: “Our modular stainless steel package pool option can be constructed up to six metres wide. “Larger size pool shells are assembled and welded on site, avoiding the risk of damage during transport or installation. “Wide access points on site and for transportation are not required. The on-site assembly and welding does not increase the risk of rust on the welds.” The bottom edges of the walls are rounded for ease of cleaning.
High water line skimmers are equipped as standard The Tanby package is supplied with an Ocea polycarbonate, solar, anti- algae automatic slatted cover to heat and maintain the water temperature and as an added safety element. One of the finishing touches is a Bayrol automatic chemical dosing system, Tanby’s preferred method for ph and chlorine level control.
