Recent modernisation and improvements at SCP UK include a commitment to customer service with investments in both point of sale and after sale support. The refurbishment of both the Gatwick Trade Counter and also the setting up of a new After Sales Technical Department has coincided with the appointment of Dan Creasey as the After Sales Service Manager. Previously working with the hot tub division in Horsham, Dan has become the first point of contact for warranty and after sales technical issues related to SCP’s core products.
