Serving the South West since 1969, and capping a golden 50th anniversary year, the big winners of this year’s SPATA members’ competition were Cannings H20 who bagged four golds and the Dick Millward Trophy for the Pool Contractor of the Year. The Cannings H20 team topped the categories for Residential Outdoor Pools under £50,000, Residential Outdoor Pools £50,000 to under £75,000, Inground Commercial Spas and Wellness and the Sustainability Award to emerge as this year’s points winner. Managing Director, Bradley Cannings commented: “Our success has been based on customer service, reliability and competitiveness. “We consistently strive to ensure these standards are maintained at every level of our company. “Hence the majority of our clients, are repeat customers is testament to our proactive approach to the management and production of high quality workmanship.” The annual Gala Evening for member companies was held in Coventry in January. Luke’s Contributions Recognised
The Paul Kite Award for Pool Star of the Year was this year won by Luke Honnoraty of Golden Coast. Since joining the Devon-based company’s Technical Sales Team in January 2013, Luke has made his mark supporting DEL automatic cover systems. Noted for his terrier-like determination, Luke’s greatest strengths are developing new businesses and opportunities. He’s a great communicator and uses his great interpersonal skills to his advantage: breaking down barriers.
