Completed in the latter part of 2018, this pool building was an extension to the rear of the property. Given a £90,000 budget, the task facing Origin Leisure was to construct the pool chamber and undertake all the specialist pool work. The client was thrilled with the end product. The pool house has become a regular venue for hosting and entertaining. Keeping the client closely involved on design options, the Origin Leisure team built an 11.5m x 3.75m flat bottom pool at 1.25m in keeping with the contemporary style of the house extension. The result was a truly stunning design.
Together with the client, Origin Leisure were able to match the pool building to the rest of the house extension. The client added extra LED lights to the pool chamber as well as LED up lights in the tiled floor making it pretty mesmerising at night. A fully tiled finish throughout the pool building gives it a very sophisticated and sleek finish. A fully glazed gable end as well as sliding doors along the elevation of the pool enable it to be opened up to the outside all year round too. Using large format tiles, under water LED lighting and tiled wall areas we were able to create a sleek and modern pool which carried on the themes of the main house.
