In September, the Certikin team gathered to celebrate a significant milestone—another colleague reaching 40 years of service with the company. This time, it was Richard Way who achieved this incredible feat.
One of, if not the most well-known, respected and liked people in the industry, Richard has left an indelible impact over the past four decades. To mark this incredible achievement, Richard was honoured with a personalised gift and certificate, presented by Managing Director Neil Stephenson, as a token of Certikin’s deep appreciation for his loyalty and dedication.
As part of an acceptance speech, Richard said: “Don’t worry, this is not my retirement.” Therefore Certikin, their customers and the wider industry can look forward to seeing more of Richard over the years to come.
