Pool & Spa Scene editor Christina Connor was among some 50 guests who gathered for the annual BSPF weekend which this year centered in and around the New Forest.
The annual event is an informal social gathering for key individuals from companies involved with the Swimming Pool and Allied Trade Association and the British and Irish Hot Tub Association and the broader industry.
Always a highlight on the pool and spa annual calendar, this year’s was hosted by BSPF President Martin Borley and his wife Delyse, of Tanby Pools, Surrey.
Set in and around Lymington and the New Forest, among the highlights of the weekend was a Murder Mystery themed dinner and a car rally set in and around the New Forest. Participants in the challenge had to pick up a number of clues and were supplied with digital cameras and challenged to photograph their team members in a number of compromising situations with some hilarious results.
“I want to thank everyone so much for making this year’s Presidents weekend so special,” said Martin.
“The competitive, friendly rivalry that makes our industry so unique was brought to the fore in the most humorous of ways. “Both Delyse and I had an incredible time and the laughter and camaraderie within the industry was a joy to see.”
