Ocea UK has been handed the keys to an additional new warehouse and office facility that is double the size of its existing Witney space. The move will enable the company to double its stock capacity with a designated team to support the sustained growth of its leading brands and its X range family of products.

Part of the giant CF group, that boasts 42 partners across Europe, Ocea UK will continue to expand its home market offering with new products being strategically added over time. “Tempting as the array of products available via CF is, we have not taken the supermarket sweep approach to filling the Ocea UK shopping trolley,” explains Ocea UK’s Alan Thorne.

“Instead, we are in lovely position of being able to cherry-pick our Ocea UK offering taking time and consideration to identify premium products, that best suit our market, and gradually integrate those into the Ocea UK offering.” Ocea UK has established a nationwide family of named trade dealerships to market its brands with links through its website www.oceauk.com

Dealers have a choice of products to sign up to from Ocea’s best-selling slatted pool covers, Starline one-piece luxury pools and Binder counter-current units. These top sellers sit comfortably alongside Ocea’s X range with its powerfully performing Vertical X heat pump and the Inver X cordless pool cleaners being snapped up for both residential and commercial markets.

That steady progress continues this autumn with the added distribution of the outstanding DEL range of thermal covers. A notable feather in Ocea UK’s new-look cap, the DEL range complies with the highest French standards for swimming pool safety.

“We need to be confident, as our customers do, with a credible and reliable supply chain. “So often we see a BMW style label actually being driven by a Peugeot level engine,” he explains. “We don’t want to fall into the trap of some other brands that are being rebadged, assembled and shipped – in effect selling problems rather than product,” he adds.

Ocea UK plans to hold Open Days over the winter period to show off its products and its new premises and promise there are even more new products being added to the Ocea UK ready for a SPATEX timed launch. “Ocea is known for our transparency, credibility and reliable service to the trade,” Alan continues.

“We have good people and good products, in the unlikely event there is a problem, we will sort it,” he concludes. “We find ourselves in a very good place and the additional space, just two miles away from our existing base, will smooth our steady and sustained progress and our increase in market share.”
