With over 90 confirmed exhibitors, SPATEX 2017 will welcome leading water leisure suppliers and loyal followers to the show.
Marking its 21st anniversary milestone SPATEX returns to Coventry’s Ricoh Arena from Tuesday January 31 to Thursday February 2 inclusive, and promises to re-invigorate and re-energise the industry for the year ahead.
As usual, SPATEX offers a double seminar and workshop programme, organised by the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers (ISPE), which will run across all three days of the exhibition.
A comprehensive new programme is planned, highlights of which will include a talk given by specialist International Personal Injury lawyer at Irwin Mitchell, Simon O’Loughlin (Wednesday, February 1 at 12.30pm in Arena 1) on what to do when things go legal including pursuing a civil case and proving negligence etc. Increasing in popularity, owner and Managing Director of Gartenart Swimming Ponds and board member of the British Association of Natural Swimming Pools, Tim Evans, has been invited to give an introductory talk on swimming ponds and natural swimming pools on Wednesday February 1 at 12.30pm in Arena 2.

New Patterns
On-Site Pool Linings offer UK distribution and installation of DLW Delifol, a reinforced, 1.5 mm thick PVC membrane used to line the most heavily used commercial pools. The edges of the material are over-lapped, welded and sealed with the very latest hot-air welding tools. The material remains fl exible to absorb any slight movement of the shell and existing cracks.
