After two years working closely with the design team, Anapos was awarded a contract worth almost £250k for the supply and installation of all the thermal spa equipment to create the Aqua Spa within the China Fleet Country Club in Cornwall.
The Anapos team built the spa with equipment supplied by Certikin. The steam generators for the steam room were supplied by Hygromatik and a Harvia heater was used in the sauna room. The remainder of the products and equipment was supplied and constructed by Anapos.
Since opening, the new Aqua Spa has proved to be a big hit among regulars and new visitors to the country club with membership sales doubling in the past year.
The Aqua Spa’s feature rooms are illuminated with soft coloured lighting that is complimented by a choice of natural tiles, designed to create a warm ambient atmosphere.
MIST EXPERIENCE
Starting with the laconium to slowly raise the body temperature, clients can then progress on to the aroma steam room, salt room and Finnish sauna and enjoy the use of feature showers offering tropical rain and cold rain with fragrance and a refreshing cold mist experience.
Clients can also visit the two foot spas and ice fountain before relaxing in the hydro spa pool, then to reduce the body temperature slowly they can visit the laconium for the second time, followed by the tepidarium area which offers three beautiful heated tiled loungers to complete their spa journey experience.
The aroma steam room, sauna, salt steam room and laconium are all supplied with full RGB colour changing light systems, MP3 sound systems and essence injection systems, to make the clients experience to the Aqua Spa exceptional. In addition Anapos supplied and installed their latest cold deluge shower offering a cold rain experience, a cold water sheet experience or a cold central deluge experience all with fragrances.
