Leading independent swimming tuition provider Swimming Nature, has been recognised for its smart learning programs and tracking systems at the Active Training Awards 2014.
The company scooped the āInnovative Concept of the Yearā award for its swimming lesson system, which is currently being implemented across 36 venues in Greater London and Edinburgh by over 80 swimming instructors.
The system ensures that all student progression information is logged and monitored every 48 hours and also includes proven motivation and development methods to help studentsā development for all levels. Judges were particularly impressed by Swimming Natureās innovative development and proactive approach to working with those in the industry to develop, test and implement the system.
