The multi-award winning Home Counties pool and spa team celebrated the company’s 30th anniversary with a party around the swimming pools and spas at their Horsham show site. Customers, suppliers and the Home Counties staff team were treated to a delicious menu of cocktails and canapés, all to the backing of a Caribbean steel band. Considered one of the UK’s top water leisure businesses, Home Counties was founded in the Eighties by Peter Burkett and his wife Judy. Now owned by Craig and Gill Trusson; Craig first joined Home Counties in the Nineties, having previously spent all of his working life with NorCal that became SCP UK. The company, a member of the National Leisure group of companies, supplies Beachcomber hot tubs and Endless Pools alongside a vast range of swimming pools, saunas and log cabins all part of a one-stop shop for wellness and outdoor living lifestyle. “No business can work in isolation and we have to pay tribute to our staff, our suppliers and our customers in the part they have played in enabling us to reach this landmark event,” said Craig. “The Home Counties ethos is to be as professional as possible in our manner of dealing with our customers, our product knowledge and the overall appearance and upkeep of our show centre so that anyone visiting Home Counties is always welcomed and can experience a pleasant buying experience where they are made to feel special.”
