The UK’s combined water leisure industries are gearing up for the biggest night in the calendar, as the 2016 UK Pool & Spa Awards set new records.
Companies from across all sectors of the industry will be recognised at the awards ceremony, all hoping to be rewarded with the coveted Gold Standard award.
This year’s awards have smashed through the 140 mark from more than 60 companies, all set to raise the water leisure bar.
COMMERCIAL CATEGORIES
Continually improving, the 2016 UK Pool & Spa Awards will once again be graded in a Gold, Silver and Bronze format to ensure maximum exposure for all companies involved. Two new commercial categories for this year include Hotel Pool of the Year and School Pool of the Year.
The not-to-be-missed awards presentation evening will be hosted at The Vox Conference centre within Resorts World on the Birmingham NEC site on Monday October 24. The event was a complete sell-out last year and is set to be even greater this year with even more opportunities to network with a host of pool and spa professionals.
The evening will begin at 7pm with a business networking style drinks reception, sponsored by water treatment specialists Lonza UK. Guests will have the opportunity to meet with all of the companies involved in sponsoring the awards – all helping to raise the profile of individual winners and the industry as a whole.
An informal dinner buffet will precede the hotly-contested prizegiving, when finalists across the 26 categories will be presented with their trophies by Olympic swimmer and popular sports TV presenter Sharron Davies MBE.
