Jetform Swimming Pools has moved to a new premises in Essex to accommodate its growing team of office and engineering staff members.
The new warehouse facility, located at Burnt Mills Industrial Estate in Basildon, provides the company with much needed storage space as well as a large purpose designed office area and a retail shop.
“Although we are delighted with our much larger warehouse facility, the 17 years at Ramsden Pool Stores in Billericay were extremely successful,” says managing director Robert Wakefield.
“We extended the original buildings as much as planning would allow, but the last few years were more than a little squashed so we took the decision to move.”
Robert adds: “The new warehouse was previously used as a call centre so there were many modifications to make before we could move in but the nine months of perseverance was worth it and has been pleasing to see that many of our retails customers have already followed us to the new premises.”
Formed in 1992, Jetform will celebrate its 25th business anniversary in 2017 and the company hopes the new base will allow them to expand their business further over the next decade.
