Ocea UK has simplified its order-to-delivery process to make it easier than ever to choose its top of the range, fully automatic slatted pool covers. An easy-to-follow, five-step journey takes each quotation from order through production to installation.
Every Ocea UK cover is handmade to bespoke sizing in the UK facility in Oxfordshire, which is now entirely dedicated to producing the whole cover system for each project, from the frame, drive system and finished slats.
Newly installed climate-controlled zones at the Witney production site contributes to assisting in producing an environment where there is no risk of condensation or debris getting trapped inside the raw slats during the production process, every time.
Ellie Thorne, who heads the Automatic Covers Sales Team at Ocea UK says: “We have created a uniformed ordering and production process, creating seamless covers every time. “Our customers know they can rely on us and will receive premium quality covers in as little as four weeks.” Ocea’s long standing production team, who have spent years working at the facility pay huge attention to detail to every cover.
Across all departments of Ocea UK there are two and even three generations of families working together to produce premium quality covers from start to finish With decades of Industry experience amongst their team and working with their Belgium headquarters, Ocea cover slats are made using granules of only the best quality and offer the widest colour choice on the market.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
“When the journey starts with the initial enquiry from the customer, the team will always try to obtain drawings from them and ensure we specify the very best solution for each individual pool – and advise if we think there is a better solution,” explains Ellie.
“Our in-house design team can produce CAD drawings showing your pool cover before production starts, showing clarity to the design.” Because Ocea covers are handmade, there is no need to worry about steps, spas or roman ends in the pool, Ocea covers can be produced to accommodate these with ease.
Each slat has an endcap on each end which is hand glued with precision by the meticulous production team who take care with each and every slat. Ellie reminds us: “Having the most popular slat colours kept in stock in the UK means Ocea automatic covers are available in as little as four weeks.
“The availability of special colours is now at its lowest production time of six weeks on average meaning customers can be proud owners of a Gold, Midnight Blue or Onyx black cover in less time than ever! She adds: “Before leaving the premises each cover is inspected by more than one pair of eyes to ensure it meets the expected standard.”
