The directors of Oxfordshire based Penguin Swimming Pools have completed a management buyout of the company that has been trading for more than 50 years, boasts a £5m turnover and employs 30 people.
The new owners have a wealth of experience. Leading the team is Alex Angus as Managing Director with Bill Simpson as Construction Director and supported by David Napper as Executive Director for Mechanical and Electrical. The founding owners will remain available to the business on an ongoing basis; Alan White in a consulting capacity and Geoff Davis on an informal basis.
