This ultra-sumptuous pool with spa, inspired by 18th century neo-classical design, was built for a construction magnate’s Scottish home.
Stephen Parker, the owner-founder of stone masonry specialists After the Antique, supplied all of the stone work for this magnificent project.
Based in West Norfolk, After the Antique design and install the most luxurious stone and marble projects imaginable with Stephen overseeing every detail personally.
The project architects were Acanthus Architects DF, working with Bruce Ritchie, while the pool and spa construction and specialist water leisure services were undertaken by BRS Pools that has offices in Scotland and Eire.
The period-style Victorian property featuring natural stone, slate and timber is zero carbon and the swimming pool boasts a Calorex Delta heat pump to reflect this. “
We are proud of the pool and spa construction at Dalhebity House which illustrates the quality of build typical of a highly experienced team,” comments Margaret Seymour of BRS Pools.
BRS undertook the pool tank construction, the limestone finish, pool filtration, heating and air handling and electrical works including all of the wellness facilities.
The BRS team is currently working on an impressive order book including an exciting new £900,000 contract for a new spa and leisure centre at Portavardie Marina in the Scottish Highlands.
