POOL ROOTS
Lewis started on an apprentice scheme 11 years ago with app’s former company, PolyPool. Since then, Lewis has worked his way up to become a Service Engineer with Aqua Platinum.
TRAINING
PWTAG trained, Lewis keeps up to date with training opportunities such as with Triogen UV and Bayrol automatic dosing controllers.
TYPICAL DAY
Around 4-5 services in and around London and various locations in the South of England for some of our highest end clients. Lewis’ main time spent on a service visit would be within the plant room, ensuring all pool equipment is fully functioning to its full potential and reporting any anomalies for rectification. Lewis’ typical call outs would be heating failure, system shut down issues or signs of leaks in the plant room but modern technology is helping with diagnosing these issues.
CHALLENGING
The most challenging part would be working with high-profle clients where the demand is always a true Rolls Royce. This is challenging however, also rewarding knowing that our servicing and maintenance is a class of its own.

OUT OF WORK
Lewis loves watching and playing football. Part of a five-a-side team, he plays every Sunday and is a season ticket holder and avid Southampton FC fan.
