With extensive industry experience, Plastica provides site surveys across the United Kingdom. Using advanced CAD design and state-of-the-art plotter cutting technology, the company ensures every liner achieves an exact fit. Standard bag liners are produced with a three-day lead time, extending to five days for more complex pools, including those with steps.
The range includes plain, patterned and 3D finishes, carefully designed to combine durability with strong visual appeal. This season, Plastica has expanded its offering with new 3D patterns in Granite Blue and Granite Sand.
All Plastica liners are engineered for performance, featuring enhanced chemical resistance, industry-leading UV protection and suitability for water temperatures up to 29°C. The 3D range is anti-slip certified and manufactured at 37-thou thickness. Each liner is enriched with algaecide for improved longevity and is backed by a 10-year warranty. Every liner is also uniquely serialised for easy replacement, ensuring a consistent, long-lasting finish.
Unlike their bag liners, the EXTREME pool lining system can be installed all year-round, offering a durable and cost-effective solution for both existing and new pools.
Plastica has been delivering onsite lining expertise for over 38 years. The on-site system makes it ideal for high-traffic commercial and more complex pool applications. Most of the range is slip-resistant but non-slip material is available for steps and shallow areas.
Installed by their fully trained, in-house team, EXTREME liners are crafted from 1.5mm -2mm thick flexible reinforced PVC, cut on-site to ensure a precise fit. More patterns are available in 2026, offering even more options.
