Rockingham Swimming Pools flew the flag for the UK at the recent European Union of Swimming Pool and Spa Associations (EUSA) Awards, picking up a well-deserved Silver accolade in the Domestic Indoor Pools category. The West Midlands-based company joined three winning UK spa companies, who were all recognised in the hot tub categories of this year’s competition.

This is a great achievement for Rockingham Swimming Pools, who were eligible for entry into the EUSA Awards having previously been recognised for the same project in the British Pool & Hot Tub Awards, presented by the Swimming Pool Allied Trade Associations (SPATA). Each year, EUSA holds an awards event to celebrate the outstanding work of the National Association members. This year’s awards were held at Forum Piscine in Bologna, Italy, in February. 15 winners from 14 EUSA member countries received either a Gold, Silver or Bronze award across five pool and spa categories.

EUSA represents approx. 2,500 companies from all areas along the supply chain, adding value to swimming pool and spa businesses. The awards were judged by top industry professionals representing the member countries of EUSA. EUSA President Andreas Petridis, commented: “I am extremely proud to be at the helm through these exciting times for EUSA, as we celebrate for the fourth time the European swimming pool and spa awards. The calibre of competition entries was outstanding, providing an exceptional opportunity to celebrate our industry and share best practice like never before “
