Nestled in an exposed and windy area of Hempstead in Kent, this Alukov client recently invested in home swimming pool. They soon found themselves wanting to extend their swimming season while ensuring comfort and protection from the elements.
With a desire to retain warmth, reduce maintenance, and shield themselves from strong winds, they turned to Alukov for the perfect enclosure solution. After discussing their aims and objectives with Alukov, the client opted for our Laguna model—a high, rounded telescopic enclosure measuring 5.50 x 11.50 metres.
This design not only provides ample space for an enclosed swimming experience during inclement weather but also allows for the enclosure to be fully retracted on warm days, offering an open-air pool with stunning views and plenty of sunshine.
One of the challenges of this project was restrictive access to the installation site. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, Alukov employed a crane to position the enclosure precisely. Alukov’s experienced team handled the entire operation seamlessly, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s property.
