One in three children is leaving primary
school unable to swim, according to a report
by the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA).
Of those who cannot swim, nearly two
fifths (39%) have never been offered lessons
at school.
A team of 23 from all departments of Bosta UK will go the extra mile this
month when they take on the notorious Three Peaks Challenge of climbing
Ben Nevis, Skarfel Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours.
Climbing times are generally suggested as being around four hours for
Snowdon, and five hours each for Ben Nevis and Scafell Pike. Taking on
the challenge within 24 hours is notoriously difficult, draining energy and
depriving participants of sleep.
Following Bosta’s successful launch of Pentair’s Intellipool Control system at Spatex, many customers wanted to learn more about
the premium they can get for their pools, when installing this system. Bosta reacted fast and took a group of selected customers to
the Pentair factory for technical training on the product including instalation demonstrations.
