A stand-out project in the recent UK Pool & Spa Awards, David Lloyd, Bicester is the first of a new generation of clubs incorporating more green technology and a broader range of facilities. Topline supported this state-of-the-art facility with the build of a luxury indoor and outdoor Spa Retreat and 20m indoor and 25m outdoor heated swimming pools. “On such a large project the coordination of the different trades very often working in the same space is difficult and can lead to a late delivery,” says Andy.

The swimming pool and wellness area take a high percentage of the floor area in any new leisure centre and it is there for essential that the wellness contractor takes a lead in helping to manage when these trades have access. Topline were able to co-ordinate works in area and help deliver the project on time to the clients’ satisfaction. The project was one of the judges’ favourites in the UK Pool & Spa Awards and received universal acclaim.
