Jacuzzi Digs Deep

Jacuzzi UK teamed up with Norfolk dealer’s Wensum Pools for an episode of ITV’s Love Your Garden last month. The popular programme, presented by celebrity gardener, Alan Titchmarsh and co-presented by long-time Jacuzzi favourite, David Domoney, features garden make-overs for deserving recipients. Jacuzzi donated a J335 to Ian Costello, a soldier who has returned home to his wife and three children from Afghanistan where he suffered multiple injuries from a bomb blast while on active duty. As a result, Ian spends an inordinate amount of time alone in his bath as this was the only way he feels relief from the pain during his recovery process. His physiotherapist suggested a hot tub would be of enormous benefit for Ian, not only for his own recovery, but also to support his desire to spend more quality time with his family. Wensum Pools worked with the production team and garden designers to ensure appropriate access and groundwork was arranged so that the installation could run smoothly. The installation involved a crane to lift over the house and Wensum Pools were assisted by R J Crane Hire and several of the company’s local suppliers on the project.
