Swimming legend Adam Peaty MBE visited Suffolk’s Hot Tub Village at Stonham Barns holiday and residential park to give one-to-one coaching to six lucky junior swimmers. Adam Peaty is the greatest breaststroke swimmer in history having won three Olympic Golds, eight World Championship titles and amazingly has the top 20 fastest times for the 100m breaststroke.
The training session was hosted by the Hot Tub Village team, one of Jacuzzi’s leading retailers with a large showroom displaying both hot tubs and swim spas. Tony Dobson, one of the owners of the business, said: “We were extremely proud to be chosen by Jacuzzi to host this Adam Peaty visit and it was wonderful to be able to offer the six juniors such an amazing experience. “Adam was great with them and offered loads of advice and encouragement.”
The triple Olympic champion spent the afternoon with the juniors, posed for photos, answered their questions and gave each of them a signed swimming cap. They then went into the Jacuzzi Swim Spa for an amazing individual coaching session. The juniors were so excited to meet their sporting hero and to be given some advice and encouragement whilst he watched them swim was an experience they will never forget.
