QHotels is investing over £1.5 million in creating a city centre day spa brand inside the iconic Manchester hotel, The Midland.
The former health club is currently being completely replaced with a new, state of the art, yet highly accessible spa which is set to open in June 2015. The spa will boast a Himalayan salt sauna, a salt steam room, an experience shower, a rasul room, a relaxation pool and eight beauty treatment rooms.
Sauna and steam room specialists Anapos are working closely with interior designer Mark Green of Curveline Design and QHotels’ spa support manager and chair of the UK Spa Association Charlie Thompson to deliver the spa elements.
Charlie Thompson comments: “Careful consideration has been given to ensuring the customer journey is both premium and smooth from start to finish.
“We have huge ambitions to become the ‘go-to’ spa in Manchester, a city that is second only to London in demand for spa treatment services.”
