Beyond Escapes, who provide a collection of luxury accommodation from hot tub lodges to penthouse suites, contacted Hielo Mechanical Services to find a solution to the air heating and dehumidification issues of their new self-build pool in the Spa complex.
Hielo opted for a Recotherm Aerum system as the pool water heating was already in place and the client is very keen on the efficiency of major plant going into the property.
They identified an adjacent plantroom for the AHU to be positioned with the supply and extract fresh air ducting running to outside. This is where they located the new Toshiba DX system to act as the heat source for the new unit. With all controls communication between the two systems tried and tested, commissioning was effortless by our skilled engineers.
