Specialist supplier, Waterstream was founded two decades ago by Alex Kemsley and Simon Dickson, two ambitious entrepreneurs who saw a gap in the UK market for premium swimming pools. Waterstream is the exclusive UK distributor of Compass Ceramic Pools and are renowned for their innovative designs, energy-efficient solutions, and exceptional customer service.
They take a one-piece carbon ceramic shell from Compass and, using over 20 years of expertise and experience, fabricate, install and maintain each pool from their headquarters in Sussex to deliver a best-in-class pool ownership experience.

Since becoming the sole UK distributor of Compass Pools in 2010, the company has helped hundreds of customers choose the perfect location, style, and features for their dream pool. One of their stand-out features is offering ongoing customer support even after the pool is in place.
From humble beginnings, setting up from a spare bedroom, Waterstream has expanded to its current 1.6 acres site with a 10,000sq ft warehouse and bespoke production facilities.
The state-of-the-art engineering hub allows the company to maintain full control over every aspect of production, from initial design to final installation, ensuring excellence in every project. The team has now grown to a team of 50 people, with over 750 swimming pools installed to date.
The Waterstream team and their guests celebrated their 20-year milestone in business with a special anniversary party held at the newly renovated headquarters in Coolham, West Sussex. The event brought together the founders and their families, Waterstream team members, including many long-standing colleagues, international partners and many others who have played a part in the company’s impressive growth over the past two decades.
