Over the past 12 months, the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers (ISPE) has made meaningful strides in expanding its membership, modernising operations, and enhancing engagement across the industry.
Membership has grown by nearly 10%, rising to almost 900 members across all categories. This growth reflects the ongoing relevance of ISPE’s educational resources and events, as well as a renewed interest in structured professional development in the pool and spa sector.
Our digital reach has also expanded considerably. ISPE’s LinkedIn following has grown by over 40%. We also launched ISPE’s first digital email campaigns via Mailchimp (now with over 1,400 subscribers). This boost highlights the value members and industry professionals are placing on ISPE.
Operational improvements are also underway, including the planned introduction of Intuit QuickBooks to modernise ISPE’s invoicing and financial systems—streamlining operations and improving the member experience. Alongside digital progress, our calendar of events continues to thrive, with successful delivery of the October One-Day Seminar, Awards and AGM, the November Filtration Workshop, the Back-to-Basics Revision Seminar, 2025 Exams, and the March One-Day Seminar.
ISPE’s presence and workshops at SPATEX further strengthened face-to-face engagement with the wider industry.
