With four UK showrooms the Dreamspas team have been living up to their name. Building a growing reputation for product choice, installation and after sales back up, the Dreamspas team believe they are the UK’s fastest growing hot tub retailers.
The Dreamspas mission, when they began their spa retailer journey nearly eight years ago, was to ensure customers received the best advice to purchase the best-suited spa for them. They then followed this up with excellent customer service. Dreamspas have grown from their original showroom in Bristol to opening displays in Cardiff in April 2019, Swansea in June 2020 and Newbury in July 2022.
Alongside, they have developed their online presence through their website and social media. “We have been in the spa business since May 2016 and before that have had over 15 years of experience in retail and customer care,” comments Dreamspas’ Moupia Saha.

STRONG COLLABORATION
The project underlined the strong collaboration with renowned supplier Wellis with Dreamspas shining through for their innovation and craftmanship. The judges agreed the installation was a testament to Dreamspas meticulous planning, technical expertise, and dedication to creating an unparalleled outdoor spa oasis.
The project grew, once a strong foundation was in place, utilising reinforced polymer decking for safety and aesthetics and concealed wiring.
The centrepiece, the Wellis Malaga Premium hot tub, is known for its innovative features such as adjustable shoulder and neck massage jets, aligned perfectly with the project’s aim of providing a rejuvenating massage experience.
The installation was enhanced with carefully selected Wellis accessories to enhance the overall spa experience. Clever orientation allows simultaneous relaxation and enjoyment of the whole garden as an outdoor living space. Dreamspas seamlessly incorporated the Wi-Fi unit while maintaining the garden’s aesthetics, and through meticulous planning, elegantly resolved the lid opening issue without compromising functionality or visual appeal.
