The finalists in the recent UK Pool & Spa Awards have helped raise the combined bar for pool, spa and wellness showrooms across the UK. Acting as a beacon of excellence, the winning showrooms, spanning the breadth of the UK, not only establish new benchmarks for aesthetic and operational standards but also provide a role model for others to follow.

Seatherny has devised a trademark showroom design that stamps its personality for wellness retail. Its design model has already been copied, providing a blueprint for several more Seatherny product dealers.

Based in Chesterfield, visitors to the Seatherny head office showroom can engage in wet testing with luxury facilities, while interactive information points and iPad presentations provide product insights, boosting confidence and redefining engagement. The five-star display areas features hot tubs, swim spas, and ice baths in enchanting garden-like settings, enhanced by contemporary lighting and artificial greenery for a modern ambiance.
This pioneering space, which officially opened its doors in July 2025, showcases a unique fusion of cutting-edge design and practical utility, crafted to captivate anyone who steps through the doors. Put together through two years of meticulous planning and construction, the showroom breathes new life into the conventional concept of product display in this sector.
Designed with both aesthetic appeal and functionality in mind, our state-of-the-art showroom stands as a testament to innovation and creativity in the water leisure industry. A standout feature of our showroom is our contemporary use of lighting and artificial greenery. The Seatherny showroom offers the pinnacle of water leisure innovation, a true testament to the forward-thinking approach and cutting-edge design principles that define the Seatherny brand. Each of the three large swim spas prominently displayed, are presented to highlight their unique features and benefits with wet testing opportunities available.
The showroom features hot tubs from all three Seatherny collections – Lite, Advanced, and Elite – with prices ranging from 3.5k to 11k. Three swim spas grace the downstairs area of the showroom, dedicated to showcasing these substantial pieces of equipment. The showroom includes contemporary male and female changing and shower rooms, where luxury towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided to enhance the wet testing experience.

Over in Wales, All Swim is a second-generation family business, celebrating 53 years in 2025. The company added the UK Pool & Spa Awards honour of Welsh Showroom of The Year to a list of gongs for its head-turning show site. Based in a prominent location, the showroom is attractively laid out as a 5,000 sq ft immersive experience with swim spas, hot tubs, saunas, ice baths, pool enclosures, and Endless Pools. Changing rooms are available so customers can try before they buy. In fact, customers can also explore the showroom in person or via our 24/7 on-line tour extending the scope of the facility truly nationwide.
Taking top showroom honours for Northern Ireland, Starview Hot Tubs & Outdoor Living opened their stunning new showroom in August of 2025. Starting in 2020 in Northern Ireland with just one wood-fired hot tub, the team has grown into a trusted outdoor living brand, now offering a full range of saunas, electric hot tubs, swim spas, and other premium outdoor living products.
Proudly self-built, the 12m x 12m display space acts as a functional and inspiring space to showcase hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, and outdoor living products. “Countless long days and late nights went into perfecting every detail of the showroom, from the layout to the unique finishing touches,” says Starview’s Amy. “Even the striking burnt wood walls inside the showroom were crafted by
our own hands, showcasing not just products but our dedication to craftsmanship and design. She continues: “Our story is one of steady growth, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. From a single wood-fired tub to a thriving business serving clients across Northern Ireland and beyond, we continue to push boundaries, inspire outdoor living, and deliver projects that make a real difference in people’s lives.”
CROWD PLEASER
Hot Tubs Oxfordshire’s Bicester showroom first opened in 2019 as a premium, welcoming environment where customers can explore wellness products at their own pace, free from sales pressure.
A mezzanine level was added to create a dedicated consultation area and display space for outdoor kitchens and bespoke sauna configurators. Outside, neglected scrubland was transformed into the Spa Garden – an inspiring showcase featuring a swim spa, outdoor sauna, ice bath, and full outdoor kitchen in a landscaped setting.
“Rather than the typical warehouse-style display of tubs with prices on windshields, the Bicester showroom was designed to feel more like a Mercedes or Porsche dealership – an aspirational, customer-first space where people can take their time, ask questions, and feel supported rather than sold to,” shares Hot Tub Oxfordshire’s Carla Massey. “Customers are guided with expertise but never pressured, which consistently earns praise in feedback describing the space as welcoming, different, and fantastic. Many customers travel long distances specifically to visit, and the showroom has become central to the company’s success, particularly in premium swim spa sales,” Carla adds.
Hot Tubs Rock recently completed the upgrade of its Lydney showroom in Gloucestershire. “The creation of a spa garden given customers the opportunity to not only see how the products may look in their own gardens but the chance to try saunas, hot tubs, swim spas and ice baths in the outside setting has really changed the game for everyone,” explains Angharad Wrigley. “It’s a place people want to spend time, not just some showroom with tubs stacked side by side and a salesperson keen to make a commission. “It’s becoming fast known as a wellness space and with people able to relax upstairs in the VIP lounge before and after their experience it really does offer everything including a well-stocked mainly alcohol-free bar.”

“We have invested considerable time and thoughtful energy into creating a welcoming environment where customers can browse at their own pace, finding comfort and space to engage with our expert team,” explains Wensum’s Kim Morrison. “This relaxed atmosphere enables meaningful conversations that help customers identify the perfect wellness solutions tailored to their family’s unique needs—from simple Intex paddling pools to comprehensive swimming pool builds complemented by hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms. Our showroom provides opportunities for buyers of all levels to discover added leisure and luxury, ensuring every visitor leaves inspired and confident to enhance their home lifestyle with superior relaxation and wellness products.”
Wensum offer three swim spas, four hot tubs and three fitness pools all available for wet test. More than 10 saunas are in stock with an infrared Tylo sauna available to dry test. In ground swimming pools on display with filter house, automatic dosing, multiple liner colour options and multiple colour options on the Coverstar automatic safety cover.
There is a huge list of pool, spa and wellness goods on sale. “We have oceans of swimming pool accessories, chemicals and equipment – hot tub accessories, chemicals, filters and equipment as well as our popular hot tub glasses and spa bars as well as automatic pool cleaners,” says Kim. “Lifestyle and outdoor living display products include garden furniture, Kadai fire pits, eco fuego citronella candle fire pits, extreme lounging garden bean bags, lighting and rugs,” she continues. Kim says: “We aim to provide a swimming super store for family fun, games, inflatables, goggles plus balls, water guns and splash pads – but most importantly – the largest showroom for rubber ducks!”
