When their showroom first opened with just five Marquis hot tubs, Carla and Kenny Massey, of Hot Tubs Oxfordshire, quickly realised that their venture was going to succeed. “From the very beginning, our vision was to offer only high-end products and establish a reputation for exceptional customer service,” explains Carla.
“While we have faced the various challenges typical of small businesses, we’ve maintained our focus and dedication and been rewarded for it,” she continues. “Our journey has been a mix of ups and downs, but our commitment to our goal has remained unwavering.”
With 10 hot tubs, three saunas, a Chill Tub and two heat pumps on display those early Marquis spas have now been joined by other brands such as American Whirlpool Hot Tubs and Swim Spas, Chill Tub, Hekla Sauna, Tylo traditional and infrared saunas and Bull Outdoor Kitchens.
The Hot Tubs Oxfordshire team maximised the marketing potential of their anniversary with an open weekend. They were supported by Sean Aldred from Bull Kitchens who spent time chatting to new and existing customers over the course of the weekend. Aqua Warehouse, Darlly, Golden Coast, Lugarde and CPC all contributed to the goody bags given out to some 100 customers who attended.
“Our plan for the next five years is to expand beyond Oxfordshire and introduce new products, including another outdoor kitchen range, to enhance our diverse world-class product line,” Carla shared. “This will provide our customers with more options to bring their garden aspirations to life.”
