The reigning champions of the UK Pool & Spa Awards, Pool & Spa Showroom of the Year, 1 Stop Spas are taking the wraps of their third show site. The new store in East Bridgeford, Nottingham, will focus on Master Spas and Tuff Spas as well as 1 Stop’s usual footprint of hot tub accessories and water treatment product such as O-Care.
The Nottinghamshire showroom adds to the now predominantly American Whirlpool site in Sleaford and the company’s original showroom in Billinghay that now is a focus for pre- owned hot tubs. The huge Sleaford display centre has scooped Showroom Of The Year for two years in succession.
The site generally offers prospective customers, five swim spas and 19 hot tubs across three American-made brands. UK Pool & Spa Awards judges marked the 1 Stop Spas store highly for breadth of product, attention to detail on displays and well-placed props and accessories.
The company also displays a large selection of water treatments and accessories and are proud to now have the UK’s first in-house Hot Tub Training Academy for both consumers and holiday park industries.
Chris, and wife, Melissa have backed the Bull BBQ kitchen range and brought in American-made rotomolded hot tub brand Tuff Spas USA. “While showrooms have been closed we have been kept busy with virtual consultations and plans for the new showroom, due to open in April,” says Chris Brady, of 1 Stop Spas, a former RAF engineer. “COVID-19 may have stopped customer visiting our showroom for most of the hot tub season in person, but it didn’t stop us bringing the showroom to the comfort of their own sofa,” he says. “This year, despite being closed, our showroom, through our new virtual consultations and showroom tours, has arguably played a bigger role than ever as consumers could come and see the hot tubs physically, but they got huge confidence in our business by seeing our impressive showroom online and know that we are serious about hot tubs.”
